As the Office Manager, Bernardo brings many years of experience in administration and operations to JLP Construction. His background in organization, client relations, and business management helps ensure our company runs efficiently behind the scenes with accountability. He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration Management and Ethics. His prior military service provides daily structure and communication to keep our operations running smoothly. As the Office Manager he coordinates  scheduling, manages documentation, oversee's billing, and keeps communication flowing between our team and our clients so every project stays on track.

Jose Pantoja is the owner/operator with years of hands on experience in residential roofing, commercial roofing, gutters, and siding. He has built the reputation of JLP on quality workmanship, honest communication, and dependable service. He grew up understanding the value of hard work and doing what you say you are going to do. He entered the industry at a young age with a commitment to doing things the right way "no shortcuts", and no compromises. From roof replacement and storm damage restoration to gutters and exterior improvements, he ensures every project is completed to the highest standards. His philosophy is in clear communication, detailed inspections, and continuing education to help home and business owners to make confident decisions about their property. When Jose is not on a roof or meeting with clients he enjoys spending time with his family, growing his business, and taking care of his farm animals.

Araceli is an experienced Production Manger with experience in overseeing large scale residential and commercial projects. She specializes in coordinating field operations, managing people, ensuring safety compliance and keeping projects on time and within budget. A strong background with hands on experience in construction, she understands the importance of planning, safety, and team leadership. She consistently drives operational efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. She plays a key role in transforming projects into successful builds.

Sales and Canvassing Manager
As Sales/Canvassing Manager at JLP Construction, Leah is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of hands-on construction experience, backed by a lifetime in a family-owned construction business. Her deep industry knowledge, combined with a relentless work ethic, allows her to consistently deliver high-level results in a competitive market.
A proud U.S Army veteran, Leah served eight years as an Automated Logistical Specialist, where she held multiple leadership roles and developed a disciplined, mission-focused approach to operations. That military foundation drives her ability to build strong teams, execute with precision, and perform under pressure. 
Leah is known for her no-excuses, lead-from-the-front leadership style. She works side-by-side with her team in the field, setting the standard for performance, accountability, and professionalism. Her focus is simple: develop top-performing sales professionals, build lasting client relationships, and drive production at a high level. 
In her role, Leah leads canvassing operations, implements strategic sales initiatives, and ensures every client interaction reflects the strength and reputation of JLP Construction. Her commitment to excellence and ability to consistently produce results make her a key force behind the company's continued growth and success.
