Project Type: Remove and replace
Scope of Work: Remove previous roof system to deck. Install new TPO system from roof deck to completion. Installed new cap metal on all parapet walls.

Project Name: Lexington Crossings
Client: YES! Communities
Project Type: Hail restoration
Scope of Work: Remove and replace roofing, siding, skirting, windows, doors, air conditioners, and exterior light fixtures on approximately 80 homes. Retro-fitted 28 units which involved removing existing metal siding, windows, and doors. Installed LP SmartSide, trim, and paint. Retro-fitted tuff rib metal roofing over existing metal skin roof.
Challenges: Initial storm was in May, all roofing and siding repairs were completed when another storm hit the community in October of the same year. Damaging everything that had previously been repaired.

Scope of Work: Removed and replaced 22,000 lineal feet of gutters and downspouts. Removed and replaced 12,000 lineal feet of fascia metal and garage door trim metal.
